I went to IMATS (International Makeup Artist Trade Show) recently and picked up a few things to try. One of them was the Smashbox Photo Finish Color Correcting Foundation Primer
(what a mouthful!). It is a green primer that looks like you would turn into the Hulk when applying it.
The primer is green to remove the redness on your face. I have a pretty red face and a few red spots so I had to try this. The primer comes in a pump bottle so i put a little on my finger and work it on the skin. Once applied the consistency changes to an almost talcum powder like consistensy which is fine with me because I usually hav
e oily skin as well.
I was so surprised at how well this worked. I put on a thin layer of foundation over it and most of the redness was gone! I still had a few spots to conceal but that’s nothing compared to normal. If you have red skin I would definitely recommend this. Thumbs up from me.
